Henri, the case manager, was fantastic — always quick to respond and very reassuring. On the day of my court hearing, the court unexpectedly postponed it while I was mid-flight. As soon as I landed, I contacted Henri. She immediately calmed me down and said they would do everything possible. On a moment’s notice, Andy drove over an hour and a half to personally make sure the hearing still happened that same day. I was in and out of the courthouse in just a couple of hours with zero complications. Everything was smooth, professional, and completely transparent with no hidden fees.
