Andrew Niehaus

A lifelong Cincinnatian, Andrew Niehaus was born and raised in Hyde Park. He started his education at Cardinal Pacelli and attended St. Xavier High School, where he played both football and baseball. His athletic ability earned him a baseball scholarship to the College of Charleston, and he later completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati.

Andy is the seventh member of his family to graduate from Chase College of Law, following a strong family tradition in the legal field. His grandfather and uncle served as longtime judges in Hamilton County, and his aunt currently serves as a judge in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from Chase in 2013, Andy immediately opened his own firm, gaining hands-on experience and building a reputation for client-focused advocacy.

Now with Suhre & Associates, Andy brings over a decade of experience in Criminal Law and Domestic Relations. He has handled cases in counties across Ohio and is known for his courtroom skill, practical approach, and deep commitment to his clients’ best outcomes.

Outside of work, Andy is a passionate Cincinnati sports fan and a Bengals season ticket holder. He enjoys staying active with golf, softball, and volleyball, and likes to unwind with great TV—The Wire and Boston Legal are his favorites. He also shares his home with his Australian Shepherd, Denny (named after Denny Crane).
