Is ATF Taking FRTs?

Last year, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) issued an open letter to all Federal Firearm Licensees, declaring forced reset triggers (FRTs) to be classified as a machine gun.

ATF says these devices are unlawfully manufactured, and possession of such devices is a violation of law due to their illegal manufacture.
