Robert F. Healey grew up in the Cincinnati area. He attended Saint Xavier High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree at Xavier University. He received his Juris Doctorate at The University of Dayton.

Mr. Healey was Law Clerk for Joe Suhre for several years prior to admission to practice. He is licensed as an Attorney at Law by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
