Court Martial Defense Lawyer

My name is Mike Zimmerman. I am a court martial defense lawyer defending military personnel - whether they are Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine personnel.

A little background on me:

  • I am former active duty USMC Chief Trial Counsel at Marine Corps Air Station, New River - with two tours in Iraq.
  • Currently, USMC Reserve - Deputy Staff Judge Advocate of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.
  • Former Assistant Prosecutor in Hamilton County, Ohio.
  • And currently, I am a criminal defense lawyer for both state and federal crimes committed in the state of Ohio and Kentucky.

Based on my background, it's no surprise that I learned many of my court room skills as a Military and Civilian prosecutor on several hundred cases.

And my background as a prosecutor means this to you:

I know what the military prosecutors are going to do....and how to counter it.

But more importantly, as a civilian defense lawyer, I don't care how many senior officers are involved in a court martial. My obligation to defend you aggressively is not subject to rank.

I can't say that about your assigned military lawyer. Many are looking over their shoulders constantly.

With miltary conviction rates at 90%, you'd better get yourself a good civilian defense lawyer....to help with your defense....and do it quickly.

I can be reached at (513)-333-0014 - let's talk about your situation (or your son or daughters situation).

There is no charge for this call.
