Associate Attorney
Licensed in Ohio
Welcome. My name is Mark Wieczorek. I am a former Hamilton County Ohio Assistant Prosecuting Attorney that chose to use my experience in criminal cases to return to private practice.
I focus my practice on DUI & Criminal Defense at both the misdemeanor and felony levels, and domestic relations - in Cincinnati, Columbus and Chicago.
I have served as a first chair attorney in over 1,000 criminal and DUI matters with full oversight of initial investigations, trial planning, motions, discovery, legal research and courtroom appearances.
And I have personally tried over 100 cases, with more than a 95 percent success rate, securing adjudications in a multitude of cases including: DUI, aggravated robbery with gun specifications, felony drug possession and trafficking, gross sexual imposition and rape.
I have analyzed forensic evidence regarding arson investigations, developing a theory of litigation based on that analysis and has secured adjudications on three separate arson trials. And I have successfully argued numerous motions to suppress based on probable cause to stop, prejudicial and suggestive lineups, and violations of the defendant’s Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
In addition to my insight into the legal world, I have volunteered on several judicial campaigns.
I am licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio, licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
And I an a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
I received my bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College, summa cum laude, in 2000 and received my Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.
